Dr. Lorry Wagner, an experienced energy engineer, has served as president of the Cleveland-based Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDCo) since May of 2010.

As the Vice President of Operations for LEEDCo, Dave is responsible for various aspects of the project including budget & finance, contract administration, power offtake agreements, and project management. 

Courtney Lehmann

Office Manager

Courtney manages the daily operations of the LEEDCo office as well as matters of the Board of Directors. She inspires staff productivity and effective correspondence for the entire organization as well as for LEEDCo’s international partners. Courtney utilizes her legal background to prepare business agreements, manages project grants, support HR engagement, and is the official liaison for the Board of Directors. In addition, Courtney oversees and implements public and private events focused on community engagement.

Beth joined LEEDCo in late June to lead the work to secure the state and federal permits and approvals needed by Icebreaker Wind
