Courtney Lehmann

Office Manager

Courtney manages the daily operations of the LEEDCo office as well as matters of the Board of Directors. She inspires staff productivity and effective correspondence for the entire organization as well as for LEEDCo’s international partners. Courtney utilizes her legal background to prepare business agreements, manages project grants, support HR engagement, and is the official liaison for the Board of Directors. In addition, Courtney oversees and implements public and private events focused on community engagement.

Courtney graduated in 2006 with a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI. In 2010, she received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, OH while also becoming a certified Notary Public in Franklin County, Ohio.

During 2009 Courtney worked for Andrew Cooke and Associates LLC as a Paralegal Intern; assisting the attorneys in preparing claims for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. She also helped people in need receive free legal advice at Interfaith Legal Clinics. In the past, Courtney has worked on various projects with Ronald McDonald House, Relay for Life, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. She is also a member of Omega Phi Alpha, a sisterhood-based organization that focuses on community service and leadership development, and Pi Sigma Alpha, the national honor society in political science.
