Courtney Lehmann Shramo

Office Manager

Courtney handles the daily operations of the LEEDCo office. She ensures staff productivity and effective organization correspondence. Courtney also utilizes her legal background to prepare business agreements.


In the past, Courtney has worked on various projects with Ronald McDonald House, Relay for Life, and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Currently, she is working with LEEDCo to build an offshore wind industry to Northeast Ohio.

Courtney graduated with a BS in Journalism and Political Science from Eastern Michigan University in 2006 in Ypsilanti, MI. In 2010, she received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Columbus State Community College in Columbus, OH. That same year, she became a certified Notary Public in Franklin County, Ohio.

During 2009, Courtney worked for Andrew Cooke and Associates LLC as a Paralegal Intern; assisting the attorneys in preparing claims for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. She also helped people in need receive free legal advice at Interfaith Legal Clinics.
