Contact via email | Dr. Lorry Wagner has served as President of the Cleveland-based Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDCo) since May of 2010. Previous energy project experience includes nuclear, hydroelectric, solar, as well as wind.  He received his degrees from Purdue University where he developed several new heat transfer technologies for fusion reactors. Dr. Wagner has developed innovative solutions to industrial sensing challenges as well as building land-based wind projects in the U.S. Off the clock, he was team engineer for KR Offshore Powerboat Racing and coached swimming at various universities and clubs.

Dave Karpinski

Vice President of Operations

Contact via email | As the Vice President of Operations for LEEDCo, Dave is responsible for many aspects of LEEDCo’s demonstration project, including project management, budget & finance, contract administration & commercial matters, and power offtake agreements. Prior to joining the LEEDCo management team in 2012, he served as a Vice President of NorTech where he launched and went on to lead their advanced energy work in Northeast Ohio.

Courtney Lehmann

Office Manager

Contact via email | Courtney manages the daily operations of LEEDCo as well as matters of the Board of Directors. She inspires staff productivity and effective correspondence for the entire organization as well as LEEDCo’s international partners. Courtney utilizes her legal background to prepare business agreements, manages project grants, support HR engagement, and is the official liaison for the Board of Directors. In addition, Courtney oversees and implements public and private events focused on community engagement.
