Director of Sustainable Development

Contact via email | Beth joined LEEDCo in late June 2016 as Director of Sustainable Development, to lead the work to secure the state and federal permits and approvals needed by Icebreaker Wind.  She also heads up LEEDCo’s communications and outreach efforts.  Before returning to Cleveland in 2013, Beth spent 30 years in Maine working on energy and climate issues for e-NGOs, the renewable power industry and state government.  She served as Governor John E. Baldacci’s energy director and acting commissioner of the Maine DEP.  Beth grew up in Cleveland, attended the University of Michigan, where she received a B.S. from SNRE and a Teaching Certificate, and CWRU Law School.
